WINE HOUSE Birth of a Legend This beautiful story traces back to 1805, when German colonists established a picturesque community outside Odesa and named it eloquently, Lustdorf. They brought their rich winemaking experience to the local terroir, thereby creating one of the first vineyards with European varieties in Odesa Region and turning a new page in the history of local winemaking. Brothers Mueller were one of the most famous winemakers. They were the first to give credit to the region's winemaking potential: fertile soils produced abundant crops, and grapes enchanted with their exquisite taste and splendid aroma. The brothers would take unique samples from the most fecund years and aged them in their wine cellars. As time passed, they assembled a rich collection that the Muellers dubbed the “LUSTDORF Wine House”. Continuing the honourable undertaking of the Mueller brothers, LUSTDORF TM cherishes carefully the traditions of winemaking and, just like a skilled jeweller, adds new accents and notes to this treasure trove of European winemaking.
